Jan 04, 2011 · If you need an extension you can free call 1509 from your mobile, follow the prompts and get a payment extension for 2 weeks (ie. until the next bill is issued). You wont incur a late payment fee for this (unless its like your first bill). The Financial Services team will always be able to give you an extension and tell you when you have to pay by to avoid a late payment fee.
